Your Help is Needed This Weekend!!!

JUST A REMINDER!!

Don’t forget about the work day this Saturday out at camp. We will be meeting at 8:00 am and 1:00 pm to go out in groups. We will meet on the south side of the main camp around the crafts and shooting area. Our trail work is close to this main spot. We will put out a sign to let you know where to turn off the gravel road that runs along the east side of camp. If you can not make the start times call our cell phones when you get to camp and we will let you know where we are. We are also going to work on Sunday if anyone can make it let me know and we will let you know where we will be or come out and give us a call.

We will have membership applications and cards so you can purchase them when you come out if you have not had the time to get one yet. Don’t forget that you can get 10% off at Bike Tech or Europa if you show them your valid membership card!!

We have the race route planned, but are going to need a lot of help getting the trails in shape and things set up. Tell anyone you know that we will be needing lots of help on May 5 for set up and May 6 for the race. We will find a place for anyone who wants to help. We are expecting an even larger crowd with more racers which means more help.
It will be a great time for all. We are having a kid’s race, so bring the kids. The Brown Bottle will be providing lunch again this year so the food will be good.

The creek is up again this year so we will be running the race on just the north side. One of this year’s big projects will be getting the low crossing bridge across the creek, rocked in and anchored down. We will need lots of help so look for upcoming information.

Once again these events in our area are only possible because of people like you to help make them happen. Thanks again and see you this weekend.
